Summer camps at Cedarhill Farm provide a fun, safe, educational week of horse-riding and horse-related activities for beginners through advanced riders ages 7 and older. Held weekly during the summer in our three outdoor riding rings, camps are taught by highly qualified, enthusiastic instructors, who along with assistant instructors and great school horses, provide small group instruction in all aspects of horsemanship. Campers learn quickly, get personal attention and gain confidence in their riding skills.
Cedarhill will be offering an additional extended day until 5 P.M, Monday- Friday for Horsemaster and Showmanship camps. Please note the days you are wishing to take advantage of this service on your registration form. There will be an additional charge of $25./day for this service. The extended day will be organized with one instructor and assistants as needed.
Cedarhill offers four unique camps: Horsemaster, Showmanship, Intermediate and Advanced Camp. The Horsemaster and Showmanship camps are taught by two head instructors and three assistant instructors. Intermediate and Advanced camps are each taught by one of our resident trainers, Caroline Foto, and Brenley Allyn. We have a maximum number of twelve students per week in the Horsemaster and Showmanship camps, and a maximum of eight students in the Intermediate and Advanced camps. Riders may be divided into smaller groups to give them even more individual attention. Join us for a great summer horseback riding experience.
